RoltaMax is company totally dedicated to the development and production of chassis dynamometers test benches for cars and motorbikes; delivering chassis dynamometers distinguished by the utmost repeatability and accuracy. All Roltamax test benches are made in braked configuration by eddy current brake. This is the reason why our products are designed to adsorb the power of the vehicles and therefore they have characteristics of high resistance.
The design of hardware and software are carried out in house by our engineers: this allows us to be independent from any third part supplier and to know exactly each detail of our instruments.

Tech Features

Steel Structures

Powder coated (customizable color) tubular frame in high grade steel. Allow to test high powered heavy vehicles ensuring repeatable and reliable measurements over time. Pro: Maximum strength with minimum flexure (and vibration proofing) compared to the competitors’ sheet metal frame.

Tubular Frames

Tubular frame, long lasting structure, high quality vibration proofing and equilibrated components for the best accuracy. Moreover, our dynos are always ready to be installed in a pit or above ground.

Rollers and Bearings

Double rollers guarantee a perfect grip, with no tire's tear and no rollers’ wear. All RoltaMax rollers are made of special grade steel, knurled at CNC machine over the entire width, ensuring no tires heating and typical Roltamax accuracy. All Roltamax rollers are carefully dynamically balanced at the maximum speed.

Test Software

It allows to perform, save, compare and print the tests. Pro: Updated, complete (no add-on or extra charges), particularly easy and intuitive, with analogue and digital gauges. It works without mouse and by remote control. Compatible with present and future Windows © OS versions. It doesn’t need a dedicated computer and it works on notebooks too!.

Eddy Current Brakes

It allows to perform loaded power tests and steady state tests. Pro: the brake and the rollers are mounted in the same frame, this is conceived to withstand the power of the ultra-high powered vehicles.

Weather Station & Remote Control

It allows to measure the weather conditions. RoltaMax dynamometers correct the power readings in real-time according to different standards (different systems from S to HP )
