Roltamax's tractor Chassis Dynamometer Ai Enable SCADA Teachnologies. Single-roller chassis dynamometers bring the field into the laboratory. Large rollers, highly dynamic drives and state-of-the-art control technology enable very realistic and reproducible driving simulation for all agricultural vehicles from tractors to combine harvesters. In vehicle development (R&D), a wide variety of load profiles can be investigated even before the first road trip or real field measurements can be reproduced on the test bench.
An additional electrical load unit on the rear
PTO enables any attachments to be simulated on the test rig. A hydraulic
pull-down device on the front axle can be used to simulate real plowing
operations.

The rollers can be single-driven, in pairs or
per axle, depending on the application. The number of rollers is predetermined
by the vehicles to be tested. The distance between the rollers is adjustable to
the wheelbase of each individual vehicle.
